Pros: Fast shipping. Took a little while for it to BE shipped, like 2 days, but not a problem at all.
Showed very good customer service, which was absolutely not needed. Return policy is great, if you ever needed it!
Had everything that was promised, exactly like what was shown in the picture. Even the little guitar pick looks the same.
Digitizer is not scratched or damaged in ANY way.
Although tools are not super high quality, they get the job done great, and if the end breaks you can just use the two other tools it comes with or the flathead screwdriver it comes with.
Cons: Uhh... not anything really to complain about....
Things to note: This is ONLY the digitizer, which is fine since that's all it says it is. But if you are replacing the screen, and this is not a complaint just a heads up for everyone, you will also need a new bezel or mid frame, unless you want to pry your old one off. Just wanted to say that since it wasn't listed anywhere and it would stink to think you had all you needed and have to wait longer to order another part. You CAN peel yur old bezel off, but mine was broken so i would check.
Conclusion: Great product, no diference from manufacturer default if it isn't one itself. Great shipping time arrived in like 3 or 4 days after being shipped which i guess isn't the seller's doing but you know. Over all, I will buy from this seller again if I get the chance.

I just recieved my order in the mail, it came within 2 days of ordering and everything is in perfect condition! everything you need to fix and replace your itouch 3g screen and digitizer, i wasnt sure if it came with the digitizer but it comes with EVERYTHING you need except for a manual, but youtube will quickly solve that!!!

This iPod touch screen for the 3rd gen 32 64 works great I'm makeing this comment with the iPod I just put the screen in.
But there was no link to a video for help luckly I knew how to do it already.
But over all this screen is great and a perfect fit I recomend this to anyone who needs a new screen

I'd have given this item a higher rating had I known the button of my old screen was attached to it. This one has no button...And my iPod is now screenless...I am awaiting the seller to write back...Also, the screen seems just a smidge too small. :/

So I got this yesterday started poping off my screen and snap. The clips completly broke. The tools were cheap and kept degrading and breaking. The video instructions did not come. But on the positive side customer support is great and very helpful.
