Worked fine for a few weeks Jun 12, 2010

This was an enticing buy because of the simplicity and the price. Button for pausing/changing music tracks is convenient, but a little sticky. After a few weeks of regular use, it no longer transmitted sound to the left earphone - lame for listening to music, but acceptable for making Skype calls on my iPod Touch.

This is an excellent product. I was and still am very impressed with the quality of the product. I use it every day with my iPod Touch 2nd generation. It cannot be beaten for quality and price. I will strongly recommend this product. I tested it with several applications and the quality was excellent each time.

It works as advertised. I needed this for an iPod touch. The mic is just fine, although it seems to pick up EVERYTHING. The button works good for play/pause. It still works fine, but I have two complaints. When this is plugged it in makes my headphones quieter, and the clip broke off. Cheap building materials. It still does the job, and for this price, I can't complain. Will recommend.

I have bought this microphone for my HTC Incredible smart phone. Even though it says that the microphone is compatible with iPhone/iPods, it works great with the Incredible. You can answer and end calls, you can pause and resume playback. The only downside is the cord is not very long. I am 6" tall, and the cord is barely enough to be usefull. If you are longer, you might have some difficulties. Other than that, pretty good price, and works well. (There is also a black version available)
EDIT: Cable quality is very bad. I have now two of them broken, useless. No sound on right ear. Don't waste your money.

I guess you get what you pay for. I ordered two, and after waiting 10 days I got two of the wrong thing. Since shipping was more expensive than the items the company offered to let me keep the useless connectors and sent me two of the correct ones. One did not work. No way, no how. One seems to work OK although now and then my iPhone 4 starts dialing random numbers when it is plugged it (ET phone home ?). So after a three week wait and at twice the stated price I got what I ordered - sort of. Like I said, you get what you pay for. BTW, Amazon, Pittsburgh PA is in Pennsylvania, not Panama!
