Two week crush. Apr 09, 2010

It looks good, feels great in your hand but unfortunately it goes down hill after you put this case on the phone. After two week for excessive use the rubberized trim pealed off the hard shell. I wish this case was more durable because it had the exact looking I was looking for, I should have just left it in the box.

This is the lousiest purchase I have made through Amazon. The hard cover has a silicon (or similar) piece around the top that separated from the hard plastic almost immediately. I am not hard on my phone at all, and rarely even use it, but this cover has consistently peeled away from the hard back, one little section at a time. I thought it might be a fluke, so the first time it showed a section peeling up, i dotted it CARFULLY with super glue and thought it was done. WRONG!. It has eventually made its way around the ENTIRE phone, to the point where i cannot use glue to repair it again (it has peeled up around the volume buttons) , and now it is beyond the return date. thanks for manufacturing such a crappy product.

Does not stand the test of time Feb 06, 2010

I initially was very pleased with this case - it had the clean look that I was going for. However after a few weeks of normal use the color started to fade. The crystal hard shell portion turned yellowish, and the soft rim turned yellowish grey and started to peel off from the hard shell. Very disappointing.

If I could give this product zero stars I would! I made the mistake of buying this case not once but twice because I so wanted to believe the rubber coming off was just a fluke on the first one! I've been trying to find a clear case because I have a "skin it" on my phone w/my daughter's picture. I've yet to find one. Do not waste your money on this product! You will be happy for about a week and then you will be angry and disappointed when the rubber startes peeling away from the plastic!

I am never going to buy any speck product ever again. The very first time i opened the case and put it on my phone the clear gel type part of the case came off the rest of the case and has been hanging on for dear life ever since. its horrible i feel like if i try to take it off the whole case is gonna shatter. not only that the way it fits on ur phone is relentless it feels like if i take it off its gonna rip my 3gs apart of shatter the case. I have got better cases at the dollar tree. I feel like 1 star is more than this case is worth. I have owned man cases for multiple iphones and have never had on this cheaply made. DONT BUY ANY SPECK PRODUCT i promise you that you will regret it
