I love this product! Rarely does any item meet or exceed all expectations but this is one of those times for me. The quality is great and US made. "Thought Out" is a perfect way to describe this unit. My favorite feature is the flexibility that allows me to leave the iPhone in the case. I have another high quality stand but it is designed only for use without a case. What a hassle! With the Form version, not only does the case fit, but the level of security is also adjustable, so the arms can be as tight as desired. Shipping was fast and I would recommend this product to anyone.

Product is truly wonderful. Flexes to fit my iphone with a Mophie power case. Looks fantastic on my desk. Sold and sturdy. The only odd thing is that the part that holds the phone attaches to the base simply by a small shaft of metal that slips through a tight fitting washer. No nuts, nothing to keep it from wobbling a bit when you insert or remove the phone. This means I have to hold the base with one hand while pulling the phone out with the other. I wish it was more securely held by the base. On the other hand, this allows the flexible holding part to rotate fast and easy. Ultimately I would purchase again. Great craftsmanship, super attractive and excellent design on the flexible tips.

Works as described. I have a iPhone 3Gs in a Mophie Juice Pack Air battery case. After adjusting the fingers a bit it is very easy to put my phone in to the PED3-FORM Steel Stand one handed.
While it does take (usually) two hands to remove the phone from the stand, I don't see that as a drawback. Quite the contrary. The stand holds the phone very securely.
I use a bluetooth headset with my iPhone. By bending out one of the fingers on the side slightly (there are 2 on each side) I now have a convenient place to hang the ear loop of my bluetooth headset when I'm not using it.
One thing I did not learn during my research into this product before I purchased it is this: the base has two different positions for the phone holding part to fit into, so you can have the phone at two different angles relative to the surface it's sitting on (I'm not talking about rotating the phone holder by the way). Neither angled the phone correctly for my needs so I bent the upright part of the base slightly and now my phone is at the perfect viewing angle.

Opened the box, put the holder in the stand, and that was it! Tried to tilt it over, but it would not tilt ... behaved like a Weeble instead. However, there is some tilt when typing on the phone. An even heavier base would be an improvement.
I thought I would have to carefully adjust it to fit the Otterbox ... but started using it with no adjustment at all. The feel of the stand is unique also ... complements the feel of the Otterbox. The material it is made out of is perfect.
The one improvement would be to have a charger it could set into when you put the iPhone into the stand. This way, you have to do that as a separate step. Although the cable managment slot does help greatly.
Makes the iPhone into a useful and artistic desk accessory. The finish adds a lot to that.

I have three of these now. My iPhone is protected with a Pixelskin covering and this allows me to adjust the arms so I don't have to remove the cover every time I use it. It is the greatest iPhone holder you can buy on the market.
